In a new restaurant, across the street from the Snake River in Idaho Falls is Snow Eagle Brewing and Grill which has been open since July of 2011. But there has been no beer brewed for this label as the federal license has not been approved. Jerry & Sumiko Mitchell, owners, hired Andy Shaw, a self-proclaimed “Passionate Zymurgist,”as their Brew Master. He has transformed the space into his idea of the perfect brewery. There are photos on Facebook (Snow Eagle Brewing) from the gutted building to its present state. Andy designed the facilities, installed and wired everything, and has state of the art equipment monitoring that will allow him to keep an eye on thing and make changes from his smart phone.

Have you looked up ‘zymurgist’ yet?
