Despite my nervousness and only one-week of practice at 7:30 this morning I began my test; partway through there began a slight, cool breeze which felt wonderful. An hour and a half later I was discussing my less-than-perfect execution, feeling like I was going to have to repeat the process to discover I passed! Relief, then excitement, then it began to rain.
I am certified… now to see if I actually get to use what I learned during the next two years during the Enology and Viticulture program.
